We aim at search for axion-like particles in the eV mass range using avariable-angle stimulated resonance photon collider (SRPC) with three intenselaser beams. By changing angle of incidence of the three beams, thecenter-of-mass-system collision energy can be varied and the eV mass range canbe continuously searched for. In this paper, we present the design andconstruction of such a variable-angle three-beam SRPC ($\mathrm{^tSRPC}$), theverification of the variable-angle mechanism using a calibration laser, andrealistic sensitivity projections for the near future searches.
