This is an abstract for my talk at the 68th Geometry Symposium on August 31,2021. It is based on my joint work in progress with Dinakar Muthiah: aconjectural characterization of the equivariant costalk of the intersectioncohomology complex of Coulomb branch of a quiver gauge theory at the torusfixed point in terms of conjectural geometric Satake correspondence forKac-Moody settings.
