We construct a minimal Lefschetz decomposition of the bounded derivedcategory of the odd isotropic Grassmannian $\mathsf{IGr}(3,9)$. The exceptionalobjects are $\mathsf{Sp}_9$-equivariant vector bundles. This provides furtherevidence of the Kuznetsov-Smirnov version of Dubrovin conjecture.
