Ultrarelativistic isobar collisions can be used to determine nuclearstructure. In systems of this nature, instantaneous achievement of localthermal equilibrium is not achievable, consequently requiring aprethermalization phase. In this phase, there is a possibility that some of theinitial structure information may be lost and artifacts may be introducedduring its determination. This research employs free-streaming to model theprethermalization phase, thus reducing information loss. We systematicallychange nuclear structure parameters from $^{96}_{44}$Ru to $^{96}_{40}$Zr inorder to investigate their impact on system eccentricities. For the first timeit was calculated in the case of isobars, the Pearson coefficient for momentumand flow, from properties of the initial matter, in which an appropriateestimator for the momentum was used. Our findings suggest the potential forutilizing this estimator in conjunction with anisotropies to constrain nuclearstructure parameters.
