We study linear systems of ordinary differential equations of an arbitraryorder on a finite interval with the most general (generic) inhomogeneousboundary conditions in Sobolev spaces. We investigate the character ofsolvability of inhomogeneous boundary-value problems, prove their Fredholmproperties, and find the indices, the dimensions of the kernel, and thecokernel of these problems. Moreover, we obtained necessary and sufficientconditions for continuity in a parameter of solutions to the introducedproblems in Sobolev spaces.
