We demonstrate that at the rim of photon sphere of a black hole the quantumcollective transition takes place in any multiparticle system ofindistinguishable particles at passing inward this limiting sphere. Thistransition is related to the change of the homotopy class of particletrajectories at this sphere causing the local decay of quantum statisticsassociated with the emission of radiation taking away the energy and entropy ofthe infalling matter. The matter bereft of its former entropy smoothly passesnext (in the proper time) the event horizon without any violation of theEinstein equivalence principle nor of the quantum unitarity. No firewall isrequired on the event horizon because the information does not get lost in theblack hole, having previously escaped into outer space at the distance of oneand a half of Schwarzschild radius from the black hole central singularity.
