In this work, we study a Lighthill-Whitham-Richard (LWR) type traffic flowmodel with a non-local flux. We identify a threshold condition for shockformation for traffic flow models with Arrhenius look-ahead-behind (i.e.,nudging) dynamics with concave-convex flux.
