This paper shows that the original Euclidean axiom set can be modernized as 6axioms using propositional logic. The new axiom set introduces each axiomprogressively, with no new concept in any of the axioms so that each axiom istestable.  A new implicit measure called local right ratio is introduced, whichdetermines if the surface is locally flat, smooth, and curved at each point.Euclidean is the only surfaces to have constant right ratios.
