In this work, properties of charmonium, bottomonium and charmed-bottom mesonsfor S, P, D states are calculated with the selection of suitable trial wavefunctions for the non-relativistic potential model along with the incorporationof spin interactions. These trial wave functions are tested by calculating themasses of ground, radial and orbital excited states of mesons with thevariational method. The mass predictions show good agreement with the availableexperimental data and theoretical predictions found by different methods. Thisindicates that these trial wave functions are appropriate for further study onmesons. These trial wave functions are used to calculate RMS radii, formfactors and charged radii. Results show that RMS radii and charged radii haveinverse relation with the masses of mesons, i.e., heavier mesons have smallerradii and vice versa. Momentum dependence of the form factors is studiedgraphically.
