In April-May 2018, the RATAN-600 radio telescope carried out monitoringobservations of 16 solar-like nearby star systems in four frequency bands.Registration was carried out with an increased sampling frequency of $\sim 18$Hz. An algorithm for data processing in the mode of source passing through theradiation pattern by the method of dispersion analysis with noise filtering isdescribed. The processing took into account the correction of the transit timefor the secular shift of the right ascension of the sources due to theirrelative proximity. There have been several unidentified cases of anomalousexcess of the standard deviation of noise from stationary values. For the mostsensitive receivers in the 2.68 and 6.38 cm bands, this anomaly detectionthreshold with a 99% probability was $\sim 100$ mJy.
