The dysregulation of transcripts is characterized as one of the mainmechanisms in tumor pathogenesis. The recent discovery developed a newhypothesis, competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs), which could regulate otherRNA transcripts via competing for their shared miRNAs. The interaction ofelements in ceRNAs network was involved in a large range of biologicalreactions and facilitate to cancer progression. In this study, we performed acomprehensive investigation on the regulatory mechanisms and functional rolesof ceRNAs in prostate cancer (PCa) and constructed a ceRNAs network which couldpossess potential value in patient prognosis and be evaluated as therapeutictargets for PCa.
