Isospin symmetry is the most precise flavor symmetry. The effectiveHamiltonian of charm quark weak decay is invariant under the isospin loweringoperators $I_-^n$, which permits us to generate isospin sum rules throughseveral master formulas. In this work, we derive the master formulas of isospinsum rules for the two-body non-leptonic decays of singly and doubly charmedbaryons. Dozens of isospin sum rules are derived to provide hints for the newdecay modes and serve as test of isospin symmetry.
