We aim to explain the paradigm of a learning model, as well as to validate itin an applied case of an astronomy problem where the data used are declination,parallax, radial velocity of a star, as well as its annual variation in rightascension and declination. This study is based on a socio critical andpositivist paradigm in the context of basic and applied science; algorithms andastronomical models were used as an instrument, which allowed us to address aspecific case such as the calculation of the velocity of a star relative to theSun.
