In this report we introduce a \texttt{Matlab} toolbox for the regularizationof descriptor systems. We apply it, in particular, for systems resulting fromthe generalized realization procedure of \cite{MayA07}, which generates, viarational interpolation techniques, a linear \emph{descriptor system} frominterpolation data. The resulting system needs to be regularized to make itfeasible for the use in simulation, optimization, and control. This process iscalled \emph{regularization}
