Quantum Ghost Imaging (QGI) is an intriguing imaging protocol that exploitsphoton-pair correlations stemming from spontaneous parametric down-conversion(SPDC). QGI retrieves images from two-path joint measurements, wheresingle-path detection does not allow to reconstruct the target image. Thistechnique, has been so far limited in terms of acquisition speed either byraster scanning, or by the slow electronics of intensified cameras. Here wereport on a fast QGI implementation exploiting a SPAD array detector for thespatially resolving path, enabling the acquisition of a ghost image in underone minute. Moreover, the employment of non-degenerate SPDC allows toinvestigate samples at infrared wavelengths without the need for short-waveinfrared (SWIR) cameras, while the spatial detection can be still performed inthe visible region, where the more advanced silicon-based technology can beexploited. Our findings advance the state-of-the-art of QGI schemes towardspractical applications.
