We present SU(3) lattice Yang-Mills data for hybrid static potentials fromfive ensembles with different small lattice spacings and the correspondingparametrizations for quark-antiquark separations $0.08\,\text{fm} \le r \le1.12\,\text{fm}$. We remove lattice discretization errors at tree level ofperturbation theory and partly at order $a^2$ as well as the $a$-dependent selfenergy. In particular the tree-level improvement of static potentials isdiscussed in detail and two methods are compared. The resultingparametrizations are expected to represent continuum limit results for hybridstatic potentials within statistical errors.
