Anisotropic and spatially dispersive graphene patches of arbitrary shapeembedded in planarly layered uniaxial media are analyzed using spectral-domainmethod of moments. Formulation and computational methods for thespectral-domain method of moments using the Rao-Wilton-Glisson subdomain basisfunction and incorporating the full-wavevector Bhatnagar-Gross-Krookformulation of graphene surface conductivity tensor are proposed. The impedancematrix is efficiently evaluated by a novel numerical method which firstlyapproximates the spectral-domain Green function, basis function andconductivity tensor with Chebyshev polynomials, and then sums up the Fouriertransformed coefficients. Blue-shift of the resonant frequency and variation ofthe current distribution due to spatial dispersion are observed in variousstructures demonstrated.
