The transport phenomenon of active particles confined in 3D(threedimensional) corrugated confined channel with Gaussian noises is investigated.Large noise intensity perpendicular to the symmetry axis is good for thediffusion and current along the axis. The generalized resonance transportphenomenon appears with increasing noise intensity parallel to the symmetryaxis. Large noise intensity parallel to axis can suppress the diffusion. Thediffusion coefficient has a maximum with increasing polar angle noiseintensity. There exits an optimal value of parameter f that result in maximummovement speed. Large f is good for the diffusion. Transport reverse phenomenonappears with increasing channel parameter {\epsilon} and {\Delta}. Too large ortoo small values of {\epsilon} and {\Delta} can suppress the diffusion.
