I present new indices of subthreshold wave {\tau} and abovethreshold waveburst for advanced LFP/EEG reading. Let {\tau} be a microwave that fluctuatesevery sample like equipotential. Then the number of {\tau} (N{\tau}) will bemaximized and the amplitude of burst (Abst) will be minimized. Those {\tau}exhibited self-similarity for time scale and occupied approximately 30% of LFPin nature state. Its threshold and Abst correlated with vigilance state andwere decreased to 70% by doubling sampling frequency. The decrease in thethreshold and N{\tau} and the increase in Abst were linearly correlated withsevoflurane dose. At threshold of aligning mean {\tau} duration to 2.5 sampleinterval, {\tau} and burst indices might quantify the degree of neuronalhyperpolarization and synchronization, and uncertainty of membrane potential.
