Institutions of higher learning, research institutes and other scientificresearch units have abundant scientific and technological resources of expertsand scholars, and these talents with great scientific and technologicalinnovation ability are an important force to promote industrial upgrading. Thescientific and technological resources of experts and scholars are mainlycomposed of basic attributes and scientific research achievements. The basicattributes include information such as research interests, institutions, andeducational work experience. However, due to information asymmetry and otherreasons, the scientific and technological resources of experts and scholarscannot be connected with the society in a timely manner, and social needscannot be accurately matched with experts and scholars. Therefore, it is verynecessary to build an expert and scholar information database and providerelevant expert and scholar retrieval services. This paper sorts out therelated research work in this field from four aspects: text relationextraction, text knowledge representation learning, text vector retrieval andvisualization system.
