In this work, we investigate the weak decays of spin-3/2 triply heavy baryonsto spin-1/2 doubly/triply heavy baryons. We first obtain the form factors usingthe light-front quark model in the diquark picture, and then apply them to somephenomenological predictions. Our results are expected to be helpful for theexperimental search for triply heavy baryons.
