We study the seesaw mechanism in the supersymmetric standard model (SSM) with${\mathbb Z}_3$ symmetry instead of the R-parity, so-called {\it Mattertriality} ($M_3$). This Abelian discrete symmetry prohibits the baryon/leptonnumber violation operators at the non-renormalizable level, and the protonlongevity is ensured. The lepton number violation term by the right-handedneutrino is only allowed under the symmetry, it plays a role of the Majoranamass after the right-handed sneutrino develops into the vacuum expectationvalue. The mass of the active neutrino is generated from the two contributionsfrom the right-handed neutrino and the neutralino due to the R-parityviolation. In this paper, we realize the neutrino mass and mixing angle in theSSM with matter triality which is embedded into the gauged flavor${\mathrm{U}}(1)_X$ symmetry. In addition to the flavor ansatz, we derive thecharge assignment to satisfy the anomaly cancellation conditions. Then, themodel could predict the sterile neutrino with the mass below the soft SUSYbreaking mass scale, and its mass and mixing angle are restricted by the searchfor the heavy neutral leptons.
