For many models in Biology and Physics, Liouville systems defined on Riemannsurfaces are used to describe the growth of species and movements of particles.In this article we study one essential difficulty of singular Liouvillesystems: Bubble interaction. Let $u=(u_1,...,u_n)$ be a solution of thefollowing singular Liouville system: \begin{equation*} \Delta_gu_i+\sum_{j=1}^n a_{ij}\rho_j(\frac{h_je^{u_j}}{\int_Mh_je^{u_j}dV_g}-1)=\sum_{l=1}^{N}4\pi\gamma_l(\delta_{p_l}-1), \end{equation*}where $h_i$ are positive smooth functions, $p_1,\cdots,p_N$ are distinct pointson $M$, $\delta_{p_l}$ are Dirac masses, $\rho=(\rho_1,,,,\rho_n)$ and$(\gamma_1,\cdots,\gamma_N)(-1<\gamma_l<0)$ are constant vectors. The mainachievement of this article is that when blowup phenomenon happens, the profileof bubbling solutions around different blowup points can be described withupmost precision. As a result we know the precise heights of bubbling solutionsaround each blowup point, the exact values of integration of each component andthe locations of blowup points. In addition, if the parameter $\rho$ is tendingto a critical hypersurface, we can identity a leading term that is crucial fora number of applications.
