In this study, we have investigated the production of a charged Higgs bosonin assiciation with a charged weak $W$-boson ($H^{\pm}W^{\mp}$) at tree levelvia $e^{+}e^{-}$ annihilation in the presence of a laser field with circularpolarization. At first step and by using analytical techniques, we have derivedthe expression of the differential cross section involving both $Z$ and$\gamma$ diagrams. Next, we have shown that the cross section of this processinside the laser field is proportional to the form factor $F_{HWV}$, and itdepends on the mass of the charged Higgs boson and the energy of the center ofmass. Then, we have analyzed the dependence of the total laser-assisted crosssection on the number of photons exchanged for two different cases of formfactor. Finally, we have found that the maximum number of photons that can betransferred depends only on the laser parameters.
