The transport properties of non-trivial spin textures are coming under closerscrutiny as the amount of experimental data and theoretical simulations isincreasing. To extend the commonly accepted yet simplifying and approximatepicture of transport effects taking place in systems with spatially varyingmagnetization, it is important to understand the transport properties ofbuilding blocks for spin textures $-$ the homochiral spin-spiral states. Inthis work, by referring to phenomenological symmetry arguments based on thegradient expansion, and explicit calculations within the Kubo framework, westudy the transport properties of various types of spin-spirals in atwo-dimensional model with strong spin-orbit interaction. In particular, wefocus on the contributions to the magnetoconductivity, the planar Hall effectand the anomalous Hall effect, which are sensitive to the sense of chirality ofthe spiral states. We analyze the emergence, symmetry, and microscopicproperties of the resulting chiral magnetoconductivity, chiral planar Halleffect, and chiral Hall effect in terms of spin-spiral propagation direction,cone angle, spiral pitch, and disorder strength. Our findings suggest that thepresence of spin-spiral states in magnets can be readily detected in varioustypes of magnetotransport setups. Moreover, the sizable magnitude of chiralcontributions to the conductivity of skyrmions estimated from homochiralspirals implies that chiral, as opposed to topological, magnetotransport canplay a prominent role for the detection of non-trivial spin textures.
