In this Work, We introduce the concept of $\ast$-operator frame, which is ageneralization of $\ast$-frames in Hilbert pro-$C^{\ast}$-modules, and weestablish some results, we also study the tensor product of $\ast$-operatorframe for Hilbert pro-$C^{\ast}$-modules.
