One of the most important and practical researches which has been consideredby researchers is creating secure environments for information exchanges. Dueto their structures, chaos systems are efficient tools in the are of datatransferring. In this research, using a mathematical structure such ascomposing and transferring, we improve classical chaotic systems by creating afour-dimensional system. Then we introduce a new encryption algorithm based onthe chaos and cellular automata. The security of the proposed environment whichis evaluated using different types of security tests shows the efficiency ofthe proposed algorithm.
