In several previous works, I presented the mirror symmetry in the set ofprotein amino acids, expressed through the number of atoms. Here, however, thesame thing is shown but over the number of nucleons and molecules mass.Compared to the previous version of the paper, minimal changes have been made,and Display 2 as well as Figures 3 and 4 have been added.
