We consider moduli spaces of plane quartics marked with various structuressuch as Cayley octads, Aronhold heptads, Steiner complexes and G\"opel subsetsand determine their cohomology. This answers a series of questions of JesseWolfson. We also explore some arithmetic applications over finite fields.
