In high energy resolution X-ray spectroscopy beamlines of synchrotronradiation facilities, it is important to keep X-ray spectrometer operating inoptimal conditions. The adjusting process is normally very time consuming dueto the irregular light source beam point, and it is difficult to get globaloptimum. This study aims to develop an intelligent adjusting system based onglobal optimization algorithm for high energy resolution X-ray spectroscopybeamline commissioning. First of all, based on the two dimensional experimentaldata, automatic adjustment process was established. Then the automaticoptimization was applied to adjust X-ray spectrometer practically, and upgradediteratively. Online tests results show that this automatic adjustment processconverges to the optimal solution quickly, and the convergence time is aboutseveral hundred steps, more efficient than manual optimization process. Afterautomatic adjustment, we can get correct X-ray spectrum based on the adjustedspectrometer.
