In the rare physics events search, liquid and solid detector plays animportant role. Its analysis is based on the detection of excess events overthe expected background or on the detection of an annual event rate modulation.Germanium detectors sensitivities have been demonstrated as efficient means toprobe Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs). Germanium detectors havingsensitivity less than 100 eV opens new platform for the investigation ofneutrinos and dark matter physics. There are various working configurationavailable for germanium detectors such as semi-coaxial, true coaxial and pointcontact. The point contact germanium detectors have been widely used for darkmatter and low energy neutrino searches because of their sub KeV energythreshold and low electronic noise. Pulse shape of P-type point contact (P-PC)germanium detector has been simulated in the present work and compared to thepulse shape of Majorana Demonstrator(MJD).
