In this note, an LWE problem with a hidden trapdoor is introduced. It is usedto construct an efficient public-key crypto-system EHT. The new system issignificantly different from LWE based NIST candidates like FrodoKEM. Theperformance of EHT compares favorably with FrodoKEM.
