Scientometric analysis of 146 and 59 research articles published in Indianjournal of Information Sources and Services (IJISS) and Pakistan Journal ofLibrary and Information Science has been carried out. Seven Volumes of theIJISS containing 14 issues and Seven volumes of PJLIS containing 8 issues from2011 - 2017 have been taken into consideration for the present study. Thenumber of contributions, authorship pattern & author productivity, averagecitations, average length of articles, average keywords and collaborativepapers has been analyzed. Out of 146 of IJISS contributions, only 39 are singleauthored and rest by multi authored with degree of collaboration 0.73 and weekcollaboration among the authors and from 59 contributions of PJLIS only 18 aresingle authored and rest by multi authored with degree of collaboration 0.69and week collaboration among the authors. The study revealed that the authorproductivity is 0.53 (IJISS) and 0.50 (PJLIS) and dominated by the Indian andPakistani authors.
