Antiferromagnets with tunable phase transitions are promising for futurespintronics applications. We investigated spin-dependent transport propertiesof FeRh thin films, which show a temperature drivenantiferromagnetic-to-ferromagnetic phase transition. Epitaxial FeRh films grownon MgO (001) substrates exhibit a clear magnetic and electronic phasetransition. By performing anomalous Hall and anomalous Nernst effectmeasurements over a wide range of temperatures, we demonstrate that thethermally driven transition shows distinctly different transverse transport onboth side of the phase transition. Particularly, a sign change of bothanomalous Hall and Nernst signals is observed.
