We define a family of symplectic invariants which obstruct exact symplecticembeddings between Liouville manifolds, using the general formalism oflinearized contact homology and its L-infinity structure. As our primaryapplication, we investigate embeddings between normal crossing divisorcomplements in complex projective space, giving a complete characterization inmany cases. Our main embedding results are deduced explicitly frompseudoholomorphic curves, without appealing to Hamiltonian or virtualperturbations.
