Thermoelectric effects have attracted wide attention in recent years fromphysicists and engineers. In this work, we explore the selfsimilar patterns inthe thermoelectric effects of monolayer graphene based structures, by using thequantum relativistic Dirac equation. The transfer matrix method has been usedto calculate the transmission coefficient. The Landauer Buttiker formalism andthe Cutler Mott formula were used to calculate the conductance, the Seebeckcoefficient, and the power factor. We find selfsimilar behavior and the scalefactors between generations in the transport and thermoelectric properties.Furthermore, we implement these scale invariances as general scaling rules. Wepresent a new analytical demonstration of selfsimilarity in the Seebeckcoefficient. These findings can open outstanding perspectives forexperimentalists to develop thermoelectric devices.
