This paper is devoted to the distributed continuous-time optimization problemwith time-varying objective functions and time-varying nonlinear inequalityconstraints. Different from most studied distributed optimization problems withtime-invariant objective functions and constraints, the optimal solution inthis paper is time varying and forms a trajectory. To minimize the globaltime-varying objective function subject to time-varying local constraintfunctions using only local information and local interaction, we present adistributed control algorithm that consists of a sliding-mode part and aHessian-based optimization part. The asymptotical convergence of the proposedalgorithm to the optimal solution is studied under suitable assumptions. Theeffectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through a simulationexample.
