We consider the fast charged particles scattering in ultrathin crystals onthe base of the Born approxima-tion of quantum electrodynamics. The mainattention is paid to the question of the scattering cross section splittinginto coherent and incoherent components when one of the crystallographic axesand planes is orient-ed along the direction of particle motion. It is shownthat both the coherent and the incoherent components of the scattering crosssection considerably depend on the orientation of the crystallographic axesrelatively to the incident beam. In particular, it was shown that whenparticles are scattered by the crystal planes of atoms, the incoherentscattering cross section does not contain the Debye-Waller factor.
