In this survey the contemporary results concerning supersymmetries ingeneralized Schr\"odinger equations are presented. Namely, position dependentmass Sch\"odinger equations are discussed as well as the equations with matrixpotentials. An extended number of realistic quantum mechanical problemsadmitting extended supersymmetries is described, an extended class of matrixpotentials is classified.
