In this paper we show the lower semicontinuity of the global attractors ofautonomous thermoelastic plate systems with Neumann boundary conditions whensome reaction terms are concentrated in a neighborhood of the boundary and thisneighborhood shrinks to boundary as a parameter $\varepsilon$ goes to zero.
