We study noncompact Calabi-Yau threefolds, their moduli spaces of vectorbundles and deformation theory. We present Calabi-Yau threefolds that haveinfinitely many distinct deformations, constructing them explicitily, anddescribe the effect that such deformations produce on moduli spaces of vectorbundles.
