We investigate the properties of composite polaron containing the effects ofelectron-phonon coupling and interaction between impurity and electron-holepair. A model of a two-dimensional electron gas occupying the surface oftwo-dimensional Dirac honeycomb lattice is constructed. We focus on the weakcoupling regime throughout the whole paper. Our results are meaningful to thestudy of pairing mechanism as well as the phonon-mediated high-temperaturesuperconductivity.
