The basic processes of perovskite radiation resistance are discussed forphoto- and high-energy electron irradiation. It is shown that ionization ofiodine ions and a staged mechanism of elastic scattering (upon intermediatescattering on light ions of an organic molecule) lead to the formation of arecombination center Ii. The features of ionization degradation of interfaceswith both planar and fractal structures are considered. A special type offractality is identified, and its minimum possible level of photodegradation ispredicted. By using the methodology of classical radiation physics, the Hokeeffect was also studied, as well as the synergetics of cooperative phenomena intandem systems. The principal channels for counteracting the radiationdegradation of solar cells based on hybrid perovskites have been revealed.
