In this paper, we use the Gaussian distribution to analyze transversemomentum spectra of K_0^S and K^(*0) at midrapidity in d +Au, Cu+Cu and p+pCollisions at 200 GeV. The two-component Gaussian distribution canapproximately agree with the experimental data and the three-componentdistribution can perfectly agree with the data in the given range. Moreover,there is a significantly positive correlation between the temperature and thecollision centrality.
