The Path Integral Quantum Trajectory (PIQTr) model is introduced as a newcomputational tool for the study of non-relativistic, quantum mechanical wavepackets. We introduce the numerical algorithm and show that one of the primaryadvantages of the PIQTr model is its ability to efficiently handle heavy massparticles, while still resulting in a numerically exact answer. We then applythe model to the study of matter Airy beam particles and show that the recoverytime of a damaged wave packet increases approximately with mass, but isindependent of momentum, velocity, and wave packet width.
