We have obtained an exact solution for a static black hole in the theory withnonminimal derivative coupling of a scalar field and gravity with a power-lawMaxwell field minimally coupled to gravity. Supposing that the black hole mightbe topological we examined the obtained solution. We also investigated blackhole thermodynamics using Wald procedure for calculation of entropy of theblack hole.
