Balmer and Fe II (42) multiplet emission were discovered in a spectrum of HD63021 on 10 April (UTC), 2018. Subsequent observations revealed variability inboth photospheric absorption lines and Balmer line emission. In addition, it isan X-ray source, with a luminosity that is consistent with either a very strongstellar wind, or else the presence of a compact binary companion. Spectroscopicand photometric followup are planned to determine the nature of this source.
