The optoelectric applications, light emitters and photovoltaics, withorganometallic halide perovskite materials have been decided by dynamics ofcharge carriers in grains on the polycrystalline thin films. Especially, polarsolvent vapour recrystallizes perovskites and changes their grain sizes. Inthis paper, various polar solvents were evaluated with density functionaltheory calculation. And a stociometric treatment with these solvents whichenhanced photoluminescence intensity was established. The properties ofsolvents which caused dramatic photoluminescence enhancement and quantumconfinement effect were discussed.
