Peculiarities of the focusing and overfocusing of atoms sputtered from thesurface of (001) Ni face are studied with the use of molecular dynamicscomputer simulations. It is discovered that the numbers of focused andoverfocused sputtered atoms decrease under the transition of the (001) Ni facefrom the paramagnetic to the ferromagnetic state. The evolution of thetwo-dimensional energy and polar angle resolved distributions of sputteredatoms when changing the azimuthal angle and the binding energy of atoms at thesurface is investigated.
