Novel hollow-core THz waveguides featuring hyperuniform disordered reflectorsare proposed, fabricated, and characterized. The reflector compriseaperiodically positioned dielectric cylinders connected with dielectricbridges. The proposed waveguides are fabricated using a 3D stereolithographyprinter. Optical properties of the fabricated waveguide are investigatednumerically using finite element method, as well as experimentally usingTHz-TDS spectroscopy. The results confirm that proposed waveguides exhibitsizable photonic band gaps (20%) even when relatively low refractive indexcontrast used (resin/air). Position of the band gaps can be easily tuned byvarying reflector geometrical parameters.
